Patty’s Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda in 2/3 cups water
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups cooked pumpkin (or 16 ounce can)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Mix together all ingredients except nuts
  • Blend until smooth
  • Fold in nuts.
  • Flour 2 loaf pans lightly
  • Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
